3. BACKORDERS
In the event of stock unavailability, one of our friendly Customer Service representatives will contact you regarding the best of 2 options:
- Hold your order and send complete once the backorder arrives.
- Send available stock now from our other warehouses and backorder (SWNO) when it arrives. No additional freight cost.
All backorders arriving in containers or air shipments will be invoiced and held to be sent with next order (SWNO).
Backorders will be sent within 48 hours regardless of new order freight free.
All orders being held and to be sent complete will be invoiced to ensure stock is committed.
