To receive a credit on items purchased from Tabookai International Pty Ltd, please follow this procedure:
Please call Tabookai International on 03 9333 8831 (VIC) or 02 9771 0177 (NSW) advising that you wish to return goods for credit and provide the reason as to why goods are being returned.
At this time if approved a RAN (Return Authorisation Number) will be supplied to you via phone, fax or email. No RAN - No Return. We reserve the right to return the garments to you by not accepting these into the Warehouse.
Your Return Authorisation Number must be marked clearly on the carton when goods are returned accompanied by the invoice requiring the credit. It is essential to include a copy of the relevant invoice with the goods.
Goods cannot be accepted for return after 14 days unless otherwise authorised
All garments for credit MUST be returned within 14 days of a RAN issue date. To ensure quality control, all returns outside this period will be deemed invalid and Tabookai International reserves the right to return the garments back to you by not accepting them into the warehouse.
A Credit will be given if goods are in their original condition. i.e. Original Bags, Swing Tabs A 20% surcharge may apply if any additional labour is required to return the goods to their original warehouse position.
All Samples orders or faulty garments must be returned in accordance with our Return for Credit policy.
Please note that all freight charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Cash sales customers please note: As we are a wholesaler, if you return goods for credit, the credit amount will be applied against your next purchase as we do not issue refunds.
