Terms & Conditions

1. ORDERS 
When ordering, please put both style number and description to avoid confusion and delay in processing your order.  Online ordering is the most efficient way to order. Easy, immediate allocation of stock upon submission.  Alternatively email or fax your orders as phone order are strongly discouraged as they can easily be misinterpreted. 

2. FREIGHT POLICY 
Free freight threshold is $300 net on metro orders and $1000 outside of metro in Australia only. Metro cities include Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Sydney. Please note does not apply to heavily discounted items. 

3. BACKORDERS 
If Stock Is Unavailable, one of our friendly Customer Service representative will contact you in regards to your options. We will hold your order until the backorder arrives and send your order complete unless otherwise specified. We strongly suggest this option to avoid additional freight charges. 

4. ORDERS INSPECTION 
Whilst every attempt is made to ship goods as ordered, it is the responsibility of the Customer to inspect all goods upon receipt, INCLUDING deliveries to Third Parties to verify Styles, Colours and Quantities are as ordered. 
Please note, NO RETURNS or COMPENSATION if orders have been decorated. 

5. CLAIMS 
(a) Short Supply - all short supplies should be advised within 5 working days of delivery. Please note, that a record of short supplies will be kept in our system and may be used in the future to determine approval. 
(b) Other Claims - for whatever reason must be made within 5 working days of delivery via phone or email to Tabookai International. For all claims that are accepted, Tabookai International will issue a RAN (Return Authorisation Number) which must be displayed on the outside of each parcel/carton and accompanied with the invoice in question in order for the warehouse to accept.

6. QUALITY CONTROL 
Whilst every effort is made to ensure consistency of Fabric Colours, Dye lots can vary slightly from batch to batch despite our best quality control. All garments are hand made and have a unique sizing, please refer to the tolerances in our size chart --we use a half chest measurement of +/- 1cm. 

7. SAMPLES 
Samples are not free. They may be taken, but must be returned within 10 working days. Samples will be charged to your account. Sample Goods must be returned to us in the same condition as taken (i.e. in Garment Bag) or they will not be accepted for Credit. 

8. RETURNS 
Please note that all freight charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

PAYMENT TERMS: 
Net Thirty (30) Days – or as agreed with management 
We reserve the right to place overdue accounts on “Stop Supply”.
Accounts will remain in this status until they are brought fully within terms.
Persistent late payment may result in reductions to your credit limit or cancellation of credit terms. 

Accounts that remain unpaid seven (7) days after a First & Final Demand Notice is issued, your account will be passed to external debt collectors and 20% of the total debt will be added to the original overdue amount to cover all associated costs. 

If further legal action is required, you will be liable for any associated costs in addition to the 20% fee.
