BEYOND THE PRODUCT
Our Commitment extends beyond fabrics alone. Aussie Pacific continues to pursue initiatives that reduce our environmental footprint across our operations
At Aussie Pacific, sustainability is more than an initiative—it is a long-term commitment to creating apparel that delivers exceptional performance while reducing our environmental impact. We recognise that the apparel industry has a responsibility to embrace better practices, and we are continually evolving the way we design, source, manufacture, and deliver our products to contribute to a more sustainable future.
Over the past 24 months, our team has undertaken a comprehensive review of our business to identify opportunities to reduce our global carbon footprint. From the fabrics we select to the packaging we use, every decision is made with the goal of minimising waste, conserving resources, and delivering products that perform without compromising the planet. We believe sustainability should be embedded throughout the entire product lifecycle—not simply added as an afterthought.
Sustainability should never come at the expense of quality, comfort, or performance. At Aussie Pacific, our commitment is to develop apparel that not only looks and feels exceptional but also incorporates more responsible materials and manufacturing practices. By combining innovative fabric technology with modern design, we are creating products that help our customers reduce their environmental mpact without compromising on durability or functionality.
Some of the standout examples of this commitment are the Mawson 1/4 Zip Pullover, the Noosa Polo and our new Bronte & Brunswick Hoodies. Manufactured using fabric made from recycled plastic bottles and delivered in recycled packaging, these products represent the direction of the Aussie Pacific range—high-quality apparel designed to perform today while helping build a more sustainable tomorrow.
The cornerstone of our sustainability journey is the AP Elite fabric collection, one of the most comprehensive sustainable apparel ranges available in the Australian uniform and teamwear market. Featuring 27 woven and knitted fabrics, the range incorporates recycled polyester fibres and responsibly sourced cotton to create garments that combine durability, comfort, and environmental responsibility.
Many of these fabrics begin life as post-consumer plastic bottles, which are collected, cleaned, processed into recycled fibres, and transformed into high-performance yarns. By giving existing materials a second life, we help reduce landfill waste while decreasing the demand for virgin raw materials.
